By uploading a photo to Cozy Keepsakes Co. for a personalized product, you agree to the following terms regarding your custom order:

1. Intellectual Property & User-Uploaded Photos Cozy Keepsakes Co. relies on user-uploaded imagery to create our personalized products. By uploading a photo to our website, you legally guarantee that you are the original creator of the image, or you have explicit permission from the copyright holder to use it. You also agree that the image does not violate any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights. Cozy Keepsakes Co. assumes no liability for copyright disputes arising from customer-provided images and reserves the right to cancel any order containing suspected copyrighted or inappropriate material.

2. Product Variations & Color Accuracy Because our products are printed on physical materials using physical ink, the final product will not perfectly match the brightness, contrast, or exact color tones of a backlit digital screen (such as a smartphone or computer monitor). Slight variations in color, image placement, and border alignment are normal and expected in the custom manufacturing process. These normal variations do not constitute a "defective" product and are not eligible for a refund.
